Cancellation Policy
Pilates with Nelly cancellation policy is 24 hours.
If you need to cancel a session, we require 24 hours notice otherwise we regrettably have to charge for that session.
in case you are on a course plan then no cancellation is possible, however you do have the option to come to another class to cache up , if there are free spaces in the classes.
