Your program is a 3 month program - including

22 1:2:1 sessions including small equipment and MOTR .  

 

 

First month - 4 1:2:1 sessions, once a week.

In the 1st class of this Postnatal Pilates program- I will conduct a postural assessment, and teach you how to exercise safely during the program.

3 additional 1:2:1 will take you step by step. 

Advice on nutrition and special assistance for your own needs will be provided.

 

Second month 2 times a week 1:2:1

 

Third month 2 times a week + small equipment and home practice + 2 MOTR 121 classes

 

By the end of this program you will be back to your pre-pregnancy fitness level and beyond.

 

Your body will start to change and you will feel it!

 

The program is designed for mothers, whether you gave birth 2 months ago or 6 years ago..

I recommend of course to get into a fitness routine as early as possible after giving birth.. but if you neglected your body since you became a mother..NOW is a good time to start!
