1:2:1 & Group program
Your program is a 6 month program - including
7 1:2:1 sessions including small equipment and MOTR + 2 month once a week group classes and 4 month 2 times a week group classes &
a pelvic floor group workshop.
By the end of this program you will be back to your pre-pregnancy fitness level and beyond.
Your body will start to change and you will feel it!
The program is designed for mothers, whether you gave birth 2 months ago or 16 years ago..
I recommend of course to get into a fitness routine as early as possible after giving birth.. but if you neglected your body since you became a mother..NOW is a good time to start!
